GUITAR SYLLABUS
Two Learning Programmes are offered for a guitar to follow (from child to adult)
If you are a complete beginner, you will follow programme one. If you can already have guitar playing experience and simply want to develop your existing skills, you will follow programme two.
Programme 1
In the first six months you will achieve the following:
- Basic chords
- Keys
- Scales
- Rhythm
Programme 2
Between six months to one year you will achieve the following:
· Confidence in playing
· Most chords
· Most scales
What we can help an existing player with…
· Music theory
· Improvising
· Building chords
· Develop own style
**We also offer a completely ‘tailor made’ learning experience to suit your specific development needs. If you wish, we can adapt the teaching to target a specific musical style or method of learning**
