DRUM SYLLABUS
Two Learning Programmes are offered for a drummer to follow (from child to adult)
If you are a complete beginner, you will follow programme one. If you can already have drumming experience and simply want to develop your existing skills, you will follow programme two.
Programme 1
In the first six months you will achieve the following:
- Basic rhythm
- Basic 4/4 beats
- Basic 8/8 beats
- Basic rudiments
Programme 2
- More advanced beats
- Development of own style
- Ready for entering grade 1 exam

- Ghost notes
- Further the development of own style
**We also offer a completely ‘tailor made’ learning experience to suit your specific development needs. If you wish, we can adapt the teaching to target a specific musical style or method of learning**
